After obtaining my Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from Macquarie University, I entered the immigration industry by chance. It wasn’t part of my original plan, but I quickly developed a genuine passion for the work. I found meaning in helping people through life-changing decisions and supporting them through uncertain times.

To strengthen my ability to assist clients, I later studied Immigration Law at the Australian National University. This gave me the legal tools to manage complex and sensitive cases with confidence and care.

I’m a detail-oriented person. I take time to gather information, ask the right questions, and make sure my clients understand where they stand. Many of the cases I handle involve refusals, cancellations, or unusual visa histories. I don’t shy away from challenges. I stay calm under pressure and focus on finding clear, honest, and practical solutions.

Sincerity and integrity are at the core of how I work. I believe trust is earned through consistent communication, respect, and professionalism. Every client’s story is different, but they all deserve someone who will stand by them and fight for the best possible outcome.

Together with my team, we approach each matter with care and determination. We listen, assess carefully, and act with purpose. When there is even a small chance of success, we give it everything we have.
